๐Ÿ“– Verse of the Day

โ€œBut God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.โ€

Reflection:

Have you ever wondered if someone would still love you if they knew the whole story? Most of us carry a few pages we hope no one ever reads.

Hereโ€™s the wonder of Romans 5:8: nothing about you was hidden from God when He gave His Son. Heโ€™d read every page, and He came for you anyway. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Before we could offer God a changed life, Jesus offered His life for us.

The cross happened once, but itโ€™s never stopped speaking. When you wonder whether God could really love you, look there. Jesus gave His life to forgive you and bring you near. In Him there is forgiveness for what lies behind you and grace for the day ahead. You can come honestly, receive His mercy, and begin again.

So today, whether your faith feels strong or youโ€™re finding your way back, come close. His love isnโ€™t the reward for getting your life together. Itโ€™s where you begin.

Ask Yourself:

  • What part of my story have I been keeping from God, as if He hadnโ€™t already read it?

  • Who could I encourage today with the grace God has shown me?

๐Ÿ™ Prayer of the Day

Dear Father,

Thank You for loving me with my whole story in view. Every page Iโ€™d rather hide was already known to You, and still Christ died for me.

Forgive me, and help me receive Your mercy with a grateful heart. When I catch myself trying to earn Your love, bring me back to the cross.

Let the joy of being Yours change how I walk through this day, and help someone else feel Your kindness through me.

In Jesusโ€™ name, Amen.

๐Ÿง  Trivia of the Day
